When you use the contact form, you may provide:

• Your name and work email address
• Your company name and budget range, if you choose to include them
• The service you are interested in and the message you send

The form also processes a technical network address for basic abuse prevention and rate-limiting. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in your message.

We use an enquiry to read and respond to your request, discuss possible work, and protect the form from misuse. The form is not a newsletter subscription, and enquiry details are not used for unrelated marketing.

The contact form currently asks for your agreement to use your information to respond to your enquiry. The business must confirm and document the lawful basis that applies to this activity before this notice is final.

Enquiry details are available to the people at SystemBlink who handle enquiries. The website and business email are hosted through Hostinger, which may process information to provide hosting and email services. Confirm the exact provider entities and processing locations against the current Hostinger account terms before publication.

We keep enquiry information only while it is needed to handle the request and maintain necessary business records. A specific retention schedule for enquiries, email, security logs, and backups still needs to be confirmed and added here.

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and exercise any other rights available under applicable data-protection law. The current website source does not include analytics or advertising tools. The site links to external services, including social networks and WhatsApp; those services apply their own privacy terms when you visit them. Recheck this section if analytics, embeds, or other tracking tools are added.
